New FreePBX Installation, No Inbound Calls, Outbound working

I tried to put a inbound log file within / upload, but it's to big resp. I'm not allowed to upload text files.

At the moment I use current zoiper as phone.
Inbound call shows no reaction on zoiper and log looks like below:
There is a Friendly Scanner warning
and a Got SIP response 486 "Busy here"
I tried various tipps like specific DID and others but without success.

Could somebody give me a hint or a link to an uptodate howto, considerung freepbx disallow conf file editing and maybe current "practice" with t-online, please?
