I have a newly installed FreePBX 17 system with Grandstream GXP2135 endpoints. I am not able to get the phone to show another incoming call while a call is in progress. What should I check to determine why this is happening? Here is what I checked so far:
- FreePBX GUI: Connectivity > Extensions > Extension 101 > Advanced settings - Call waiting is enabled.
- Phone Web interface: Settings > Call Features - Disable Call Waiting is set to “no”
- According to the call logs, the extension is being dialed.
Please let me know if there is any info I can provide the help figure this out. I am not sure where to check next.
