Inbound -> exten follow me -> outbound didnt work

I’m create virtual exten (250) , set it in Inbound Route in Set Destination -> Extension -> 250.
On 250 virt exten i’m enable Follow Me where add cell phone 89995555555#.

When i’m call this ext(250) from local (101) all working good, but when i,m make call from external number to trank number, call arrives at from trunk to 250 ext, but call don’t going to a cell phone.

Whats wrong? I’m try make Misc Destination, didnt help. From local exten follow me work greate.
