Package Manager - End Point Configuration Manager

Phones: SNOM 320 (8.7.3.25)

I checked today Our End Point Configuration Manager - Package Manager,
I have installed only Snom for my Snom Phones
The Package Manager displayed that the Package was last modified at 3-19-14
When I check it for update it show me a New one 2-23-16

To my questions:
What happend when I Update it?
Where can I see the changes between the versions?
