Cannot Dial From Missed Call Log

I can't dial calls from the missed call log. I have reviewed the following thread:

In the logs it appears the call is adding two ++ in front of the number. What's the best solution? I haven't been able to fix this.

From logs:
Called PJSIP/++1nnnxxxyyyy@TwilioPJSIP

I replaced the number with the nnnxxxyyyy
