We recently upgraded to FreePBX at one of our other sites. They are connected together through a VPN and the two systems are connected together with an IAX trunk.
Extension to extension was working until the network team changed out the firewalls.
After much troubleshooting Site 1 can call Site 2 but Site 2 can't call site 1.
Under reports IAX info both trunks are connected and show registered.
The error message site 2 gets when call an extension on site 1 is "your simultaneous call limit reached, Goodbye."Both trunks are set to 10 for Maximum Channels and I confirmed under the users/advanced section they are set to the default 3 concurrent calls.
Both sites also have an IAX trunk for outbound dialing which is working perfect to an IAX/SIP provider.
Here is my trunk data.

context=from-internalSite 2 is the same just with the IPs and trunk name changed.
Incoming section is all blank and the outbound routes for these trunks are set to intra-company.Thank you in advance for any help anyone can offer.
