Trunk is empty after saving incoming trunk with "Register String"

Connectivity > Trunks > Add Trunk or edit an existing >sip Settings tab > Incoming tab

The freePBX is on the latest version, modules and system:

PBX Firmware: 12.7.4-1802-2.sng7
PBX Service Pack: 1.0.0.0
Current PBX Version: 14.0.2.1
Current System Version: 12.7.4-1802-2.sng7

Any idea?
